Then we'll move into the kitchen with Tal Baum, proprietor of Oliva Restaurants in Atlanta, GA. Tal will walk us through the steps to build a perfect charcuterie board - complete with a delicious homemade dip.
Our first 70 registrants will receive a kit from Bellina Alimentari, including artisanal salamis, Italian cheeses, and other accoutrements.
Note that we are no longer able to guarantee shipment of charcuterie kits. You can still register to attend and view the webinar / learn the art of arranging charcuterie boards, but will not receive the kit.
