Todd McKinnon is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Okta. He is responsible for creating, communicating and implementing the overall vision and strategy for the company. Under Todd's leadership, Okta has grown into the leading identity solution with thousands of customers.


Todd earned his B.S. in management and information systems from Brigham Young University and his M.S. in computer science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  He is as a regular contributor to industry publications, including Forbes, Fast Company, Fortune and the Wall Street Journal Accelerators. Todd also enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.

David is a man of firsts; He helped get the DHS Enterprise Security Operations program its first ever ATO, wrote the first ever common control package for DHS, received a security engineering award at DHS HQ for developing a metrics program that contributed to DHS first ever perfect score card. Taking this experience David then lead the development of the first ever Managed XDR service to receive its FedRAMP Authorization.

Colonel Bobby Saxon, USA Retired, is the Deputy Director (Deputy CIO) for the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Previously, Bobby served at CMS as the Acting Director for Emergency Preparedness and Response Operations (EPRO) and as the CMS Continuity Manager where he led Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Emergency Management.

 

Bobby joined CMS in 2017 as the Chief Technology Officer for the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) where he led IT for Healthcare.gov. He has nearly 30 years of IT leadership experience including assignments to the Pentagon as the Assistant Deputy Chief Information Officer for Army G-3/5/7 Operations and Plans, and as a Force Management Division Chief leading a global force information management data initiative.

Joyce Hunter is a strategic-doer and a philanthropreneur. She was appointed by President Barack Obama to the position of Deputy Chief Information Officer for Policy and Planning at the Department of Agriculture (2013-2017) and was the Acting Chief Information Officer from March 2016 to July 2016.

 


In addition to policy and technology planning, Ms. Hunter is the creator and President of the Open Data STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Agriculture and Math and the Science Technology Engineering Athletics and Math) summer camps for underserved and underrepresented youth, the Executive Director of ICIT, a cybersecurity think tank and the Advisory Board Chair for CyberAg, a non profit organization providing cybersecurity outreach, awareness, education and access to resources for the agriculture and food supply chain.
