The identity landscape has evolved from human users to service accounts to machine connections to AI agents. Attackers are actively targeting these identities, and regulatory frameworks like NIST and OWASP now specifically flag non-human identities (NHIs) as high-risk assets requiring dedicated security controls.

This live session has three parts. First, we’ll walk through how Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) provides visibility into your identity security blind spots with a focus on NHIs. Then we’ll walk you through securing SaaS service accounts using Okta Privileged Access (OPA) by automating credential rotation and applying dedicated security controls. We’ll end the demo by creating a certification campaign using Okta Identity Governance (OIG) to govern service accounts thereby reducing ongoing risk.
